Registration fees (include 21% VAT)
Registration fee includes
1 all the direct activities of the conference, coffee-break refreshments, lunches, book of abstracts, book of proceedings, welcome reception, Prague sightseeing tour, conference trip, gala dinner
2 a copy of student's ID card is required
3 lunches, welcome reception, Prague sightseeing tour, conference trip, gala dinner
4 6 m2 exhibition space (one table, 2 chairs), payment of full conference registration ("Participant") fee for every person is requested 5 extra ticket for unregistered persons Payments must be received through bank transfer by the corresponding deadlines, otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.
Cancellations and refunds
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email (info@envira2019.cz). Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference. The following cancellation conditions apply
Name change
Name change (substitution within the same company) should be reported in writing to Conference Secretariat (info@envira2019.cz). A handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each name change after 17 August 2019.
Visa requirements
Formal invitation letter for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process. Further information regarding visa requirements can be found here. We strongly advise to apply visa application at least one month prior the conference. The organizers cannot be held responsible for registration cancellations if a visa application is denied. Also in this case the cancellation fees will be applied. Poster printing service Price: 25 € / posterThe poster should be in PDF or JPG formats and should be sent to tomas.prajs@fs.cvut.cz by Monday 2 September 2019. The standard size expected is up to A0, i.e. 841 × 1189 mm. |
